Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the strict safety boundaries and guidelines that govern all creator submissions and profile listings indexed in the CreatorSearches directory. By requesting listing placement or utilizing our Service, you agree to adhere to these criteria.

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

Any submission or profile linked to the following activities, content types, or behaviors is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal, account blacklist, and, if necessary, reports to relevant authorities:

  • Underage and Minors Content: We enforce absolute zero tolerance for any content involving individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. Listings containing teen/underage terminology or referencing minor material are blocked instantly.
  • Non-Consensual Content: Any listing referring to non-consensual material, forced sexual acts, or non-consensual photography is prohibited.
  • Leaked, Stolen, or Revenge Content: Profiles promoting or linking to leaked content, hacked streams, or stolen photo archives are strictly forbidden. Listings must only link to authorized creator platforms.
  • Deepfakes and AI Nudes: Listings promoting deepfake technology, unauthorized AI nude generation, or face-swapping adult engines are prohibited.
  • Escort, Hookup, or Prostitution Services: Listings requesting compensation for offline, in-person sexual encounters, escort services, hookups, or prostitution services are forbidden. Only digital, fan-platform media memberships are permitted for indexing.
  • Impersonation & Fake Profiles: Submitting listings pretending to be another creator, public figure, or model is fraudulent. We verify listings to maintain authenticity.
  • Malware and Spam: Outbound destinations must not contain malicious software, malware, phishing forms, or misleading ad redirects.

2. Brand & Trademark Standards

Listings must not violate trademark guidelines. Do not use fake OnlyFans or Fansly logos or branding assets to imply official partnership or endorsements. Listings must clearly state that they are independent reviews/listings.

3. Policy Enforcement

If you detect a listing on our site that violates these criteria, please report it immediately via the Report Listing page. We investigate and take action on reports promptly.
