1. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any listing on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (including direct URL links);
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Creator Removal Requests (Opt-Out)
If you are a listed creator and want your profile details removed or adjusted in our directory, you do not need to file a formal DMCA claim. We support rapid self-determination and opt-outs. To request removal, submit a ticket via our Report Listing pageselecting the “Unauthorized listing” option.
We process authorized removal requests within 24-48 business hours. We may request basic identity confirmation (such as a matching email or platform direct message) to verify ownership.
3. Response Process & Timelines
Upon receipt of a valid removal request or copyright notification, we will review the claim promptly. If the notification complies with DMCA standards, the targeted listing will be disabled or removed immediately. Repeat offenders who submit unauthorized materials or spoof submissions will be permanently blacklisted.
